This Refund Policy applies to all Starter Packs plans offered by Ke2B LLC, covering both Essential and Pro plans. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds and cancellations.
For annual subscriptions, you are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 30 days of purchase. However, a non-refundable $59 domain retention fee will be deducted from the total refund amount if a domain has been registered as part of the service.
For monthly subscriptions, refunds are not available. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at keke@ke2b.com or the Contact page with your order details and the reason for the request. All refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
You can request a refund within 30 days of purchasing an annual subscription. However, if a domain has been registered, $59 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions. You can cancel anytime, but your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
For monthly subscribers, domain ownership will transfer after 12 months of consecutive payments. If you cancel before 12 months, a $59 fee applies, and the domain will not be transferred.
Refund requests, once approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
