Refund Policy for Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 30 days of purchase. However, a non-refundable $59 domain retention fee will be deducted from the total refund amount if a domain has been registered as part of the service.

  • Refund window: 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Domain fees: If a domain is registered within this time, $59 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Cancellation after 30 days: Refunds will not be provided after 30 days of purchase. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime, and your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy for Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, refunds are not available. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  • Domain transfer: After 12 consecutive monthly payments, domain ownership will be automatically transferred to you at no additional cost. If the subscription is canceled before 12 months, a $59 domain retention fee will apply, and domain ownership will not be transferred.

Refund Exceptions

In the following cases, refunds may not be provided:

  1. Domain Transfer Completed: Once the domain ownership has been transferred to the customer, no refund will be issued for services already rendered.
  2. Custom Projects: If your service includes custom solutions beyond the standard Essential or Pro plans, those fees may be non-refundable based on the scope and progress of the custom work.
