- The Basic Domain Email is provided solely for SMTP usage to comply with hosting standards and website system notifications, such as emails sent by the website to the administrator (e.g., password reset mechanisms). For a full-featured business-grade email service, please refer to our Google Workspace – Business Starter solution in partnership with a certified Google Premier Partner.
- Each PHP Worker is allocated 512 MB of RAM, allowing total memory capacity to scale from 5 GB (for 10 Workers) up to 55 GB (for 110 Workers) as needed.
- The default of 10 PHP Workers / CPU threads, can spike/burst up to 110 total if needed.
- If your usage repeatedly exceeds the plan limits or creates significant load fluctuations, we reserve the right to recommend or enforce an upgrade to a higher-tier hosting plan (e.g., Snow → Jade) to ensure performance stability, fairness to other customers, and compliance with our Terms of Service.
