You may have already heard about Fast or Slow, our service that lets you test all your website performance metrics from locations around the world, completely free. The team behind Wordfence quietly launched this service a few weeks ago to help make the web faster.
Today, we have great news! Fast or Slow just got a major upgrade.
As of right now we are live in 18 locations around the world, expanded from our original twelve. We have also migrated Fast or Slow into Amazon’s AWS cloud, which gives us uniform performance across servers and our network, to ensure that your performance results are stable, accurate and repeatable.
In addition to more locations, we can now massively expand our capacity on demand, in a few minutes. Last Friday we received a huge spike in traffic when someone posted Fast or Slow to Hacker News.
With our new infrastructure and architectural improvements, Fast or Slow can now weather even the largest traffic storm.
